1. What We Price Match
We will match the price of an identical, in-stock product from a competitor’s Australian store or website under the following conditions:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, size, and specifications.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
- The competitor must be a registered Australian business selling directly to customers.
- The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the request.
2. Exclusions
Our Price Match Policy does not apply to:
- Clearance, liquidation, or closing-down sales.
- Promotional discounts, bulk order pricing, or special bundle deals.
- Third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Alibaba).
- Competitor prices that include additional fees like shipping, setup, or handling costs.
- Custom or non-standard products that are not part of our regular inventory.
- Prices that result from typographical errors or outdated competitor listings.
3. How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, follow these simple steps:

- Provide Proof – Share a link, advertisement, or official quote displaying the competitor’s price, product details, and availability.
- Verification & Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Additional Terms & Conditions
- Price match requests must be submitted before purchase. We do not match prices retroactively.
- The matched price will be valid for a one-time purchase only.
- Urban Ecopack reserves the right to decline any price match that does not meet the above conditions or involves pricing errors.

- Paper Sushi Trays: 50,000 units per size.
- Moulded Pulp: 200,000 units per size.
- Paper Chip & Sauce Cups: 30,000-50,000 units per size.
Payment & Shipping
Payment Terms:
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of order placement.
- The remaining balance can be paid as you use the packaging.
Free Storage:
- We offer 6 months of free storage for your custom packaging orders.
- Customers can request packaging shipments as needed, paying for the balance upon usage.
Custom Printing Process
- Initial Consultation – Discuss your needs and branding goals.
- Design Submission – Provide your artwork in a high-resolution format (AI, PDF, EPS).
- Design Approval – We review and approve your design details.
- Production – Once approved, we start the production process.
- Delivery – Your custom packaging is delivered within 8-10 weeks after approval.
