• Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout via our accepted payment methods.
• If your payment is declined or delayed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

• Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

10. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns for defective or damaged products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of purchase.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
• We accept change of mind returns within 7 days, provided the product is in resellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

11. Product Warranties and Liability

• Urban Ecopack makes no guarantees that the products will be suitable for your intended use.
• Our liability for any defective product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, except those provided under Australian Consumer Law.
