Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra: Free shipping for 4+ cartons, next-day delivery available for eligible orders.
• Rest of NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and WA: Subsidised freight for 4+ cartons, with delivery in 2-3 business days.
• Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Remote Areas: Subsidised freight available, with estimated delivery in 4-6 business days.
• Napkins and wooden cutlery only count as half a carton due to their small size.

While we strive for efficiency and prompt delivery, we recognise that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact our delivery times. Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we want to be transparent and acknowledge that we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
• Custom-printed packaging orders require an 8-10 week lead time before shipping.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
